Orders issued to produce Shahrukh Jatoi in court

The Malir court directed Shahrukh Jatoi to appear at the next hearing and granted the plea of ​​the two nominated travel agents.

According to details, Shahrukh Jatoi’s escape case was heard in Malir Court of Karachi. Prison authorities refused to bring the convict Shah Rukh to court.

Jail officials have said that the case is sensitive and should be heard in the jail. The Home Department has also banned Shah Rukh’s movement, after which the apex court issued a production order for Shahrukh Jatoi to present it at the next hearing.

The two designated travel agents applied for acquittal on the ground of delay. The court granted the acquittal of the two nominated travel agents and acquitted travel agent Abu Bakar and his brother Omar Domki.

According to the FIA, Shah Rukh Jatoi assassinated Shahzeb on December 27, 2012, and fled abroad through forgery. On June 7, 2013, Shahrukh Jatoi and Siraj Talpur were sentenced to death while Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Murtaza Lashari were sentenced to life imprisonment.

Later, the Sindh High Court commuted the death sentence of Shah Rukh Jatoi and Siraj Talpur to life imprisonment in the Shahzeb murder case while upholding the life sentences of two accused Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Murtaza.
