CPEC is a guarantee of a bright future for Pakistan says, PM Imran Khan

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa said that construction of Gwadar International Airport is underway and the project would prove to be important for Gwadar Port and the city.

According to details, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information and Chairman Pak-China Economic Corridor Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa in his statement on social networking site Twitter said that construction of Gwadar International Airport is underway.

Earlier, Chairman Pak-China Economic Corridor Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa had said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was given a briefing on CPEC projects. He directed to complete all the projects of CPEC as soon as possible.

Asim Saleem Bajwa said that the Prime Minister directed that the fruits of the projects should be passed on to the common Pakistani. The CPEC project is a manifestation of Pak-China iron friendship and a guarantee of a bright future for Pakistan.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Imran Khan reiterated his commitment to complete the Pak-China corridor project, saying that the CPEC project would be completed in any case.

Prime Minister Imran Khan while praising the performance of CPEC Authority had said that the performance and capability of the institution should be further improved. The Economic Corridor is the best project for social and economic development.
