SBP Clarifies Issuance of Rs. 75 Banknote
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has clarified rumors being spread on social media regarding issuance of Rs. 75 banknote to mark the 75th independence day of Pakistan.
According to the central bank, the news regarding the issuance of Rs. 75 banknote is completely fake.
“SBP clarifies that the design circulating on various social media platforms regarding commemorative banknote to be issued on the 75th independence day of Pakistan is Fake.” said the central bank.

It is pertinent to mention that social media was abuzz with news that State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is issuing a limited edition Rs. 75 banknote to celebrate the 75th independence day of Pakistan.
