Online Banking Apps Are Down in Pakistan
Online Banking Apps are down in Pakistan as most users are reporting issues logging into different online banking platforms, including app of major banks like Meezan Bank, JazzCash, UBL, MCB, Askari Bank and Faysal Bank.
It is pertinent to mention that these banks do not share any common except two service providers and 1-Link for inter-bank transactions.
Members of INCPak WhatsApp Group started reporting issues being unable to login to different banking apps, including Banking Apps are down in Pakistan as most users are reporting issues logging into different online banking platforms, including app of Meezan Bank, JazzCash, UBL, MCB, Askari Bank and Faysal Bank as all of these online banking apps appear to be down in Pakistan.
Some users are unable to login while others are experiencing trouble doing transactions. However, the apps seem to working fine for some members as well.
The reason behind the problem is still unknown and banks have not addressed the issue yet. It may be internet issues causing the problem at user’s end.
