Heavy rains wreak havoc in Karachi, power outages, major highways closed.
Heavy rains are continuing in different parts in Karachi, which has once again turned the city’s roads into ponds and disrupted the flow of traffic on major highways.
Heavy rains resumed in different parts of Karachi on Thursday morning and the latest spell of monsoon has once again engulfed the city.
Malir, Quaidabad, National Highway, Shara Faisal, Lyari, II Chand Regar Road, Saddar, Old City Area, Qayyumabad, Korangi, North Karachi, Rashid Minhas Road, University Road, Hassan Square, Exhibition, Guru Mandir, Landhi, Gulshan Hadid, Malir and Nazimabad. The electricity, of the whole city is down. The warnings have been issued by the government,to stay at home.
