CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah about Uzair Baloch JIT

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Zaidi of making the JIT controversial for the benefit of the accused and said that Ali Zaidi was in the business of benefiting the accused.

Talking to media after appearing in the Roshan House case in Rawalpindi NAB, the Sindh Chief Minister also addressed a press conference of Federal Minister Ali Zaidi on the Joint Interrogation Report on Uzair Baloch.

Murad Ali Shah said, “I think the irresponsible statement made by Ali Zaidi regarding the report of Uzair Baloch’s joint investigation team is an attempt to benefit the accused in this case. The law will take action. ”

He said that JIT had the signatures of all the seven members and Ali Zaidi was making the report controversial for the benefit of the accused.

He said that we were forbidden by the law department not to issue JIT. When political pressure came on us, we issued JIT but Ali Zaidi acted irresponsibly and I don’t know if it was another JIT.

He said that Ali Zaidi had waved an unsigned report in the National Assembly while there was only one JIT report of one incident. Murad Ali Shah said sarcastically that if Ali Zaidi had told him that someone who came on a motorcycle had given him a report, perhaps the media would not have published JIT.
