Azhar Ali puts up Champions Trophy jersey & Test bat for auction

Azhar Ali, the Test captain of the national cricket team, also came in the field to help people affected by the corona virus lockdown.

Numerous people are currently working to help victims of the global epidemic of corona virus, including sports personalities, including Azhar Ali now, the captain of the Pakistan Test team.

In this regard, Azhar Ali shared a video message on Twitter in which he has decided to auction things close to his heart to raise funds.

The bat with which Azhar Ali scored the only century of his career will be auctioned for the bat for which he has set a base price of Rs 1 million, as well as the winning shirt for the National Captain for Champions Trophy. It also has a basic amount of Rs 10 lac.

Test captain Azhar Ali played an unbeaten 302 against the West Indies in the Day and Night Test match in Dubai in 2016,when he was part of the Pakistan team they won the Champions Trophy in 2017 under the captaincy of Sarfraz Ahmed. ۔

The Champions Trophy winning shirt allotted for auction by Azhar Ali has the signatures of all the players of the Pakistan team participating in the Champions Trophy. Now Captain Azhar Ali has decided to auction these two memorable pieces.

In his message, Azhar Ali said that the global epidemic Corona virus has affected people from all walks of life and people are going through a difficult time due to the lockdown.

He said that people were facing difficulties in meeting their basic needs and whatever money was collected from the auction would be distributed among them.

Azhar Ali added that this is a small effort of mine to help these people, bats and shirts are very close to my heart, I thought I would keep them but I think these things could be used for helping people in this difficult time. I would be happier if these things could be used for people on the right time.

Captain Azhar Ali had earlier donated Rs 1 million to Prime Minister Imran Khan Corona Virus Relief Fund.
