The National University of Medical Sciences has issued the guidelines regarding the NUMS awaited candidates for MBBS and BDS admissions 2022. It is informed to the candidates that the errors and omissions are accepted in the issued NUMS merit list 2021. To prepare the provisional merit list and the selection list for the medical and dental colleges the university assumes that the result awaiting candidates have secured 100% marks in the HSSC special exam 2021 and equivalent exam. The delayed result candidates will be placed with the other candidates based on their provisional aggregate percentage. It is however informed to the candidates with the delayed results that their admission will be only determined to the medical and dental college based on their marks obtained in the HSSC special exam 202 or A-Level exam
NUMS Merit List
The final NUMS merit list will be provided to the candidates for MBBS and BDS admissions 2022 on 10th February 2022 after the announcement of the result of the HSSC special exam/A-Level Final Examination (November 2021 Exam Series) /Delayed Equivalency letters/ Improvers/Repeaters. The name of the candidates in the first provisional merit list is absolutely provisional ad they cannot claim admission to any college till the announcement of the result. After the submission of the result of the HSSC (Pre-Medical), Special Examination or A-Level (November 2021 Series) aggregate percentage of the candidates will be calculated by the university and they will be re-adjusted in the respective college according to the merit.
NUMS MBBS and BDS Admissions
The candidates that will submit the result before the 10th February 2022 and after the calculation their merit is higher than the last student on the admission merit list then they will be given admission and the admission awarded to the earlier student will be canceled by the university. A student who has paid the fee for the provisional admission will have their fee refunded in full. If the candidates with the delayed results will not submit the result before 10th February 2022 then the provisional admissions will be finalized. In the case of any confusion the candidates can contact NUMS authorities as per the given schedule and no complaint will be considered after the deadline. The result awaiting candidates will be informed according to the merit devised by the NUMS through emails.
