The delighted actress took to Instagram to share the news with her fans and followers. Hira Mani posted photos of herself receiving the award from the governor and shared glimpses of the ceremony. The actress wholeheartedly thanked Governor Punjab for presenting her with such a huge honor.

Why was Hira Mani awarded the Global Woman Media award?
It should be noted that the Global Women Media (GWM) delegation previously announced actress Hira Mani as its ambassador. Hira Mani led the GWM delegation on its visit to Lahore alongside its founder and chairperson, Muneezay Moeen.
The delegation discussed the objectives of the Global Women Media (GWM) for women empowerment to create a soft image of Pakistan through various cultural activities. They thanked Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar for receiving them despite the Covid-19 pandemic. They also thanked him for his consent to be the Patron of this august body, which will undoubtedly elevate the stature and morale of the members.
Following the delegation’s visit, Hira Mani was awarded for the part she played in fulfilling the objectives of Global Women Media.
On the work front, Hira Mani is currently playing the lead role in the Hum TV drama Yun Tou Pyaar Hai Bohat, opposite Affan Waheed. Before this, the actress was seen delivering a breathtaking performance in the Hum TV serial Mohabbatein Chahatein. However, the Pakistani audience majorly recognizes and applaud Hira Mani for her roles in Dil Moum Ka Dia, Sun Yaara, Kashaf, and Yaqeen Ka Safar.
