AIOU Announces To Conduct Online Exams For Overseas Students
Allama Iqbal Open University has announced to conduct online exams for overseas students. The schedule has been issued for the candidates of the different countries such as KSA, Qatar, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain enrolled in the degree programs offered in the autumn semester of 2020. The university has notified the students to prepare for the exams as per the instructions provided by the concerned authorities. The exams will also be commenced on the matric and intermediate levels.
Issuance of Roll Number Slips
According to the statement of the controller of examinations, the university has dispatched the roll number slip to all the registered candidates. Before the issuance of the roll number slips Allama Iqbal Open University has also provided the date sheet to the students so that they can prepare for the exams accordingly. Being one of the largest educational institutes, the university offers a wide range of degree programs in which thousands of candidates get admission every year. The university not only facilitates the students at the national level but also educates the students living outside Pakistan. The main aim is to offer quality education to the students by which they can excel in their affiliated fields.
Commencement of Online Exams
Earlier the AIOU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Zia Ul Qayyum had announced to digitalize the admission and the administrative processes. By conducting the online exams in the other countries the AIOU will achieve a great milestone and will set the benchmark for the other universities as well. Furthermore, it is notified to the candidates that admissions for the overseas Pakistanis are in progress and they can take admission in different programs such as mass communication, commerce, and library science. Besides this, the university has also offered admissions in the second phase of spring semester 2021 and the last date for the submission of the application form is 25th March 2021.
