Shooter arrested who tried to kill girl for making video of children’s fight
A man has been arrested in Ferozwala for shooting a girl who was filming a children’s fight.
A few days ago, in Imamia Colony in Ferozwala, accused Ghazanfar shot a girl who was filming a children’s fight in which she narrowly escaped.
The accused did not fear the people or the law. The accused first called the girl who was making the video from the upper floor and then directly fired.
The target was mistaken and the girl barely escaped. When the video went viral on social media, Punjab police took action and arrested the accused.
The FIR lodged by the police raises questions as to whether the police registered a case against the shooter and wrote on their behalf that the accused was firing in the air, so is the police trying to save the accused?
Later, due to media reports and increasing pressure, the police added a charge of attempted murder in the case.
The accused Ghazanfar was produced before a local court in Ferozewala District Court where the court remanded him in custody for 14 days.
