Arshad Pappu murder case heard in Karachi Anti-Terrorism Court Uzair Baloch and others indicted.
The court summoned the prosecution witnesses for the next hearing and also sought a reply from the public prosecutor regarding the implementation of the jail manual. The court adjourned further hearing of the petition till September 14
Last month, an anti-terrorism court indicted Uzair Baloch in 14 cases, including an attack on police. Other cases included riots, arson and assaults on police.
The accused Uzair Baloch and Amin Baledi reiterated that they are not guilty while the court issued notices to the witnesses and the investigating officer and directed the witnesses and the investigating officer to appear before the court at the next hearing.
