Punjab Chief Minister announces to take care of Lahore affairs himself
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar announced to look into the affairs of Lahore himself.
A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar in which a committee was constituted to solve the problems of the city. The committee will meet every 15 days and the concerned departments will submit reports.
The Punjab Chief Minister directed to curb planning and over charging to solve the parking problems in Lahore while cracking down on drug addicts near begging, metro bridges and underpasses.
The meeting decided to take stern legal action against vehicles emitting smoke for environmental protection while the Chief Minister directed to take legal action against unapproved housing societies in Lahore.
On this occasion, Usman Buzdar said that now he would go out and check the affairs of Lahore himself.
He directed that renovation projects be prepared for Jalo Butterfly Park, Istanbul Square and other places.
