Notification issued to write Khatam-un-Nabiyyin with the name of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)
ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued a notification making it mandatory to write Khatam-un-Nabiyyin with the name of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
It is written in the notification that Khatam-un-Nabiyyin will be spoken and written with the name of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
A few days ago, the National Assembly unanimously passed a resolution to write Khatam-un-Nabiyyin with His (PBUH) name, after which it became mandatory to write Khatam-un-Nabiyyin with his name in documents and syllabus.
The National Assembly session was chaired by Speaker Asad Qaiser and the above resolution was moved by Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan.
Earlier, the National Assembly had decided to implement the resolution to make Khatam-un-Nabiyyin mandatory in the name of Holy Prophet (PBUH).
In this regard, the Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser had also announced to write a letter to the Central and Provincial Governments.
Asad Qaiser said that this resolution has been passed unanimously and now it will be implemented.
Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan said that it was a matter of honor for all of us that the resolution to make Khatam-un-Nabiyyin mandatory was unanimously passed.
