Azhar Ali became the 5th Pakistani to complete 6,000 runs in Test cricket
National cricket team captain Azhar Ali became the fifth Pakistani to complete 6,000 runs in Test cricket.
In the third Test between Pakistan and England, Azhar Ali crossed the 6,000-run milestone by hitting a four off Joffra Archer’s ball.
Before Azhar Ali, Muhammad Yousuf, Inzam-ul-Haq, Younis Khan and Javed Miandad have won the award.
Besides, the Test captain remained unbeaten with 141 runs in this innings and this is the 17th century of his career.
Remember this is Azhar Ali’s 81st Test and he has also scored 31 half centuries.
