A resident of Defense Karachi has a giraffe at home as a pet
A resident of Defense area of Karachi raised a giraffe in his house.
According to Wildlife Conservator Javed Mehr, seven months ago, the owner was instructed not to keep the giraffe in a residential area, and to keep the giraffe at the farmhouse.
He said the owners did not have a license to keep giraffes, while no complaints were received from the defense administration or residents.
Javed Mehr said that the Defense Authority has its own rules and policies.
