Public spending increased by 33% due to corona, according to a Gallup poll

Expenditure on basic necessities of the Pakistani people has increased during the Corona virus epidemic.

This was revealed in a recent Gallup poll on public opinion polls.

According to the Gallup survey, the cost of public spending has risen by 33% during the Corona epidemic, while spending on medicines and household cleaning supplies has also risen by 32.32%.

According to the survey, citizens’ spending on telephones and mobile phones has also increased by 29%.

During the survey, 16% of Pakistanis said they were looking for additional sources of income to cover their expenses.

In answer to the question whether you have to sell household items in the last 7 days to meet the expenses? 7% of the respondents said yes while 93% of the respondents said no.

It is believed that the number of people infected with Corona has exceeded 234,000 across the country while 4,839 people have died.
