PM Imran Khan attenda signing of Pak China agreement of hydal power project
Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the hydropower project will help in generating cheap electricity. The government is trying to provide cheap and environmental-friendly electricity to the people.
Addressing the signing ceremony of Pak China agreement for Azad Pattan Hydropower Project, the Prime Minister said that the second project of the Hydropower Project was signed today and the contract for the second project included in CPEC has been signed.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that CPEC is such a hope for the future that will take the country to the top, just as China is an example of development for us. We have high hopes from CPEC that will develop Pakistan.
He said that CPEC is rapidly completing its stages and at present, the real need for our country is an investment. Investment has come through the hydropower project. This investment will benefit the country and will not be burdened.
The Prime Minister said that the development of Chinese enterprises in the world is in front of everyone. We will learn a lot from China. The hydropower project is clean energy which will benefit. The world is moving towards green energy now.
He said that hydropower projects will help in generating cheap electricity. We are trying to provide cheap and environment-friendly electricity to the people. We could have produced cheap electricity but expensive electricity was generated by importing oil.
